Pastor Mitch Smith
In 1978, Mitch married his wife of 25 yrs, Rebie Smith.They have 3 children:
Michelle - age 20, student at Penn State Univ. Catelyn - age 18, student at
Univ. of Maryland at Baltimore Davis - age 15, attends State College High School
In 1980, Mitch graduated from University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Administration. He was ordained for campus ministry in April 1980. He
was a full time campus minister with Maranatha Campus Ministries from July
1980-1990. During that time, he started 3 campus churches and planted several
overseas churches.
He and Rebie moved to State
College in 1983. He continued in campus ministry until Jan. 1990, at which time
he started Christ Community Church. He continues to pastor this growing church, which has very active youth,
campus and children’s ministries. Mitch joined the Worship Center
Minister’s Network in 1993 and was ordained by them in 1998. In 2003, he started
an international network of churches, called Horizon USA. Mitch has ministered
internationally and continues to send out teams of people from his church to
minister in many nations including Romania, China, Jamaica, Ecuador and Holland.

Pastor Keith Stuarte
Keith and Rosemary Stuarte are seasoned ministers who
together have over 26 years of ministry experience. They have pioneered
and pastored many churches, and have traveled extensively throughout the United
States and other nations as evangelists. They currently pastor a thriving church
in Waterbury, CT, Living Faith Christian Church.
Pastor Keith and Rosemary use the biblical gift of prophecy to encourage and
strengthen people (see I Corinthians 14:1-5). They have
been used to help the leadership of many local churches with the challenges they
face. They are also used to bring unity to the body of Christ. Pastor Keith
believes that this is the God-apointed time for churches to work together to establish the will
of God in the earth.
Pastor Keith has recently become a board member of the Horizon Fellowship of
Churches which is active both in Europe and the United States.
